Clinical research & the TETRAS scale

The TRG has developed, validated, and published a comprehensive rating scale for essential tremor (TETRAS), and its members have critical roles in most North American clinical trials for essential tremor.

The Essential Tremor Rating Assessment Scale (TETRAS)

The TRG comprises tremor specialists who are investigators with critical roles in the design and implementation of most North American clinical trials for essential tremor over the past 30 years. The TRG can facilitate all aspects of study preparation and conduct. With our validated TETRAS rating scale, we have the critical tool for research in tremor, one that has been used by the most recent essential tremor trials. TETRAS can be licensed, and with it, we can provide various degrees of support, ranging from training, credentialing, scale testing, and expert ratings.
